Please ring 01934 839820 between 11am and 4pm Monday to Friday, allowing one week before contacting the surgery.
· Unless the patient is under 16, for reasons of confidentiality patients should phone for their own results. You can nominate someone else to phone on your behalf but we would require your written permission to give the result out.
· Laboratory results include all blood tests, swabs, urine and stool samples
· For investigations ordered by the hospital – please contact the hospital directly.
